Brand Deactivation

Brand Deactivation

There are three reasons your Brand might be deactivated:

  • You have cancelled your Brand subscription.
  • You have deleted the Company.
  • Your subscription payment has failed.

When the Brand’s state changes to Deactivated, all the previously active Collections, Products and Lookbooks associated with this Brand are deactivated. Adding, editing and activation options for all Collections, Products and Lookbooks are now restricted.

The Brand profile in the app will be marked as Inactive.

You can re-activate your Brand any time as soon as you have an active subscription.
